I have been doing business with Pete and his professional staff for many years. I live in MA and drive well over an hour to do business with MacCallum's, why, because quite simply they are the best in the business. If you're a boat owner you know that owning a boat is an investment, a life style, and a ton of work and maintenance.  When buying a boat you are essentially buying the dealership as you will be back for service and those unexpected issues that always seem to crop up with boats. Anytime I have ever had an issue, MacCallum's is on the ready to take care of it for me. I will give you an example about how MacCallum's goes above and beyond:  I am on my third boat, and when I got it home it ran fine.  About a week later, I turned the key, and nothing happened. I called Marc in service and he immediately took my call.  Marc knows I live a distance away so he gave me a few things to try on my own to avoid a 3 plus hour round trip.  He also gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him once I got home. After-hours Marc called me, walk me through a couple cases and on the first shot we found it...all fixed.  What other dealership does that?  Everyone at MacCallum's is professional on every level.  They have built a loyal customer base as they pride themselves on quality and customer service.  Many dealerships say the same thing, but Pete and his staff back it up.  I love the fact that I can bring my boat in the fall; they clean the boat, winterize, wrap, store, service, and they have it ready for me to pick back up in the spring.  If you visit the showroom you will quickly learn why the have so many awards hanging on the walls.  I will never do business with another dealer.
