We wanted to thank you for the personal attention and care that you have given to us. Summer has come and gone and our boat is snug and warm for the winter and we still have not been able to come up with just the right words to fully express our appreciation.

Glastron has been proven to be a leader in boat manufacturing. Personal experience has shown us that no other boat can compete for overall quality, performance and pricing. We ran into a manufacturing issue with our boat which was covered under warranty. Naturally, we were concerned about being treated fairly, hassles over the warranty and having things corrected satisfactorily. Customer service is not found everywhere these days, even though you hear the slogans such as "Customer first" and "The customer is always right". Most of the time you leave a business feeling like you have inconvenienced someone. Pete, your immediate response was to pleasantly and confidently assure us that this would undoubtedly be resolved to our satisfaction. Because you consistently treat us so well, we were not surprised by the respect you displayed, but we want to point out how much it is appreciated.

True to your word, our issue was not only resolved but the results exceeded any expectations one could have. Your concern for our personal cares and needs and your diligence are the ingredients towards such a happy ending. Thank you for putting us in contact with the Vice President/General Manager, Bruce Sargent. You were both sincere and considered our individual situation and came up with solutions that surpassed our satisfaction. We truly feel as if we have been treated with personal care that is unheard of during these times. We can't say enough how much we appreciate being treated so well.
