Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Award

MacCallum's Boathouse is proud to announce that we are a recipient of the annual 2019 Marine Industry Customer Service (CSI) Dealer Award. This award is presented to dealerships that provided excellence in customer service for the areas of sales and/or service in the year 2019. 

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. MacCallum's  Boathouse is being awarded because we have effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with superior sales & service. 

The award is derived from the feedback of our customers as part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program.  In 2019  over 199,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 47,000 responding so we display our achievement proudly! 

We look forward to another year of continued dedication to our customers and commitment to enhancing the boating lifestyle.
